SHIPPING

Caché pieces are produced to order and dispatched from our fulfilment partners.

Processing. Most items are made on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces may take longer; any extended timeline is noted on the product page.

Dispatch & delivery (estimates begin once dispatched, not at time of order):

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days via tracked courier.
• Europe: 5–10 business days.
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Customs & duties. International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
